Thats the unfortunate part about this decision. To reverse the decision like what Netflix had to do, would take at least 12-18 months. Can you imagine what FT and the Company will look like that many months from now dealing with mostly the same things as today?

In the Legacy world of airline company's matching status of another, the switch is easier to make than "Change Your Bank" Day.

Overall I'm just incensed. I've been flying UAL since Jeff was in diapers. I've lived most of my life in Chicago and Denver with a short stint in CT. I've got UAL blood running through my veins. I've seen more hours of UAL TV commercials in my life, than I have seen Cubs or Rockies games, and I'm a big baseball fan. And in a matter of more than a year, JS has stripped this company to a shadow of it's former self. What a shame.

Even though I have made my decision about who I will be flying, and will come back here to vent my feelings until they wear off, the BOD will get a letter from me. I've got strong emotion attached to this company and I won't settle for anything less than to contribute to the ouster of who I see has ruined the Brands roots. It might take passed my time of caring, but the time for that happening will certainly come. The journey of a thousand miles starts with the first steps.
