It's not that I am leaving. It's that I am leaving and telling everyone I know who considers me the 'airline geek' in my social circles that UNITED is not honoring its commitments and ought to be avoided.
The guy ruined an airline and program I used to adore. I don't like him for it.
It's how I feel. Frankly, I think he's the classless one, reneging on promises and smarmily telling me these are 'changes you will like.'
