Incorrect; 5 min before pushback the door is closed, the flight ready to move. The remaining seats in Biz are given out as upgrades when the flight is closed, 30 (or maybe its 20) before the flight departs (pushback).
Also, you would not have priority over an SE... ever really. The pecking order is Status then fare.
Ex..
You, an E with a Lat fare, and 2 SE's (K fare and W fare) are all up for the 1 last buisness seat. You are automaticaly excluded, the SE with the highest fare (W) wins trumps the SE with the K fare, who thrumps you an E with highest economy fare (Y,B).
