Also wanted to point out that you'll most likely need to add upgrade certs each night for an MVCI property, with the exact number of certs depending on the date of your stay and size of the unit. Our 2BR unit required 10k/night for the upgrade certs. For us, though, this is absolutely worth it as a family of four - we've done the four-in-one-room thing before and it's no longer feasible.
