Hello! I had to fly LHR-SAN a few weeks ago for a family emergency, and I've been asked to submit a copy of my boarding pass for some administrative purposes at work.
Only thing is that I can't find my boarding pass anymore (I forget if I used a mobile pass or printed one out).
Has anyone gotten AA to email/send a past copy of a pass? AAdvantage Customer Service wasn't aware of any such process...

If you are looking for proof that you took the flight, the BP proves nothing on AA. If you had cancelled the flight, you would still have the BP. The best proof that you took the flight is our Aadvantage statement showing earnings by flight. You only earn when you actually board and fly a segment.
I hang on to my BP's until I see the credit, but frankly that's old-fashioned now too.
