Totally gross. This is why I hoard those little bottles of hand sanitizer that they include in the intnl F/C cabin amenity kits. I wipe down the headphones, tray table and armrest and I also put the stuff on my hands after touching anything. Yes, I'm that weirdo in 2C but I never get sick when I fly.
