The one time I did ask Alex something, she did help. Apparently the process for using an ETC differs, depending on whether said ETC is PMUA or PMCO. (FYI--PMUA goes in when you search for the fare, PMCO goes in at payment). Alex returned an actual explanation of this, as well as the links.
