Maybe I am one of the few holding this position, but I don't really see why AC should make it a priority to give anyone a list of all their flights for years and years. That's what your own PC and or pen/paper or spreadsheet are for

There is the IT cost, the Customer Service cost to field the relatively few requests for this information.
If you are an internal user, likely the information is easily available, if not archived offsite.
