Depart: 11:05AM TBIT on Korean Air

That gives me just under 1.5 hours to get out and over to TBIT. I'm pretty sure I can check in all the way through my final destination so shouldn't have to worry about bags, but I'm worried about making it.

Is it faster to walk from T5 to TBIT or to take the shuttle all the way around? Thoughts?
I wouldn't worry. I wouldn't dilly-dally, but it won't take you that long to get out of T5.

I'd probably walk, since it's less than a 10-minute walk (more like 6 or 7 minutes at a brisk pace) from T5 to TBIT.

If your bags are checked through and you already have your KE boarding pass, you'll easily be at the security checkpoint security with an hour left until departure. Granted, I don't fly out of TBIT often, and it's been a couple of years since I have, but I've never seen inordinately long security lines at TBIT.
