I agree with Icebird - I had a booking that one of the legs was not showing up on my eticket - i called ICC once and got the brush off. I called a bit more insistantly (actually stating I was looking and CMT and saying what I could see). He put me on hold for 5 minutes, then told me I was right and it would be re-ticketed within 30 minutes.
It was, and it now all good.
