I tried to ask for the Supervisor at the call center, but was told she would not be in until 9AM Moscow time. I did speak with a Supervisor at the Open Line but she said no refund because of the fare type and she referred me to the fare rules.

My flight originates at JFK and I booked the ticket in the US.
