The device you are looking for, to send a private question to Randy, is known as E-mail.
To post a question in an open forum invites comment - especially when one behaves in a baiting, "holier than thou" manner.
But if you want the right to make public comments
AND the privilege to have no one else add theirs, I guess what you're looking for is your own website. Please let us all know when you have one, so we can ignore it and not comment on your opinions as you wish.
