Hi, I'm in the exact same boat as you buy for my wife's 40th birthday rather than honeymoon in October. Nobody here has mentioned the wind at the RC but almost every review on TripAdvisor says the wind and rain at the RC makes the pool and beach unusable at times (a lot of the time). Is that not true? It's mentioned in about 100 posts, albeit all of them say the property is very nice. Because of that I have been thinking of the Marriott instead. The pool looks awesome and most of our time will be spent in the pool or at the beach. Any info would be appreciated.
