I have a similar situation to A_Lee, however in my case the schedule change resulted in me requesting a new flight which allows a more reasonable connection.
IC agreed and the new flight is showing as confirmed on the main page of checkmytrip. However when I check the eticket page, there is a segment missing (neither old nor new flight there).
The agent said he would forward the booking to the ticketing department. I then asked him if the ticked needed re-ssuing to which he aswered no.
Is there anything I need to be aware of in this situation?
