They are equal in my eyes - who ever books first should get the choice to MFU if there is availability. Simple, fair, logical.
Fully agree with you.

There are some companies out there that I will never use again because of their disgusting attitude to "retail" customers and huge discounts for the corporate sector.

(I hope Ford Motor Company, General Motors and British Telecom are taking note, but somehow I doubt it!)

All customers, from the lowly university student budgeting his every penny to the oligarch travelling First Class and "splashing the cash", should be valued equally. The only visible differences should be in their entitlements that the extra money has paid for, or their brand loyalty has earned (Gold, Silver cards etc). After all, today's open-toed sandalled student taking his dirty washing back to mum may well be tomorrow's Steve Jobs or William Gates Esq!
