This is absolutely frustrating. I have simp,y have not been able to get through.
I wonder when this is going to end. As a dm, I can get through to the Marco polo line. But for the reservation desk, they don't have a separate line nor am I even be able to get an answer. What a disaster for Cathay. I wonder how much biz they are loosing because of this.
