Air Canada has miserably failed at this. I have tried and not gotten anywhere. If you call United and ask them about your history you get pilot names, fin numbers and whatever you want, on the phone. AC needs a lot of work in this area.
compared to United's IT budget would this really be the best way to spend the money?
i'm sure all the info can be queried from the databases, but probably they limit it for performance reasons
