There are two North American 4* Airlines in the latest Skytrax ratings - Porter and SkyBlue neither full service. Why are there no full service airline in North America ranked higher than 3*? Are our travel values so radically different from Europe, The Middle East, Africa and Asia that we accept service that is well below the standard found in those regions? Before offerring my views on these questions, I will appreciate your thoughts on those values that inform our acceptance of inferior products.
