This may be a stupid question, but why not call an AC agent? There are lots of flights that are not bookable on ac.com, but can be booked through the call centre. Did you try that?

The only reason I would prefer to book on the website would be to use a discount code, but if you are booking through a TA, you can't use a code anyhow.
