Booking an MVCI property with points should be just like booking any other Marriott hotel with points. Put in your location and dates, and see what is available. If an MVCI property has availability for your dates it should show up the hotel list just like all the other hotels nearby would. And if you see it in the list, you can click on it, just like the hotels, to see what room types (studio, 1 bedroom, etc.) are available with points.

If your not seeing the MVCI property you want in the list of options, that probably means there isn't any award inventory for your dates.
