I don't know if bostonbali actually had low level seats "opened" up. I read it as the DL supervisor was able to find seats at the low level via different routing. If this is indeed the case, this option is available to all with the exception of how helpful DL Agents / Sups would be in aiding the sourcing of the seats. Using KVS, DL.com, or AF.com can accomplish much of the same. I will say however, DL J inventory across the pond for the time frame I am looking at is quite meager at best.
