I have the option of transferring Amex MR points to SQ

I'm hoping to book reward flights with Turkish Airlines.

How do I establish availability? Having registered with Miles & Smiles, it doesn't let me see availability because I don't have any points. I have a Kris flyer ac, but no points in there either....yet

I want to check reward availability before I transfer any points.

Any help would be welcome....thanks
