We stayed at PH Milan last year and because of a change of plans ended up having two seperate bookings.
At check in, I made them aware of this because we were also using a suite upgrade.
And we put in our 'order' for our diamond amenity.
On the day the 'second booking' started we received another diamond amenity - even though both bookings were supposedly combined at checkin.
