A lot of group tickets are booked on non-earning classes, your best bet would be operating airline's own program. What is the point of earning something in a program that you may never use again...

But generally, you would need to look at both earn and burn. I would say BD is the most generous, but it's going to IAG shortly. Look at both US and UA, they are all pretty good.
