Yes to all your questions. OpenTable doesn't get in the way of your actual dining experience - it's really just a reservations service similar to having a Concierge at a hotel make a reservation for you. Miles, restaurants and all the rest are yours....

I like the service as well since i usually don't know where to start when trying to put together something in a city not my own. FlyerTalkers are great for recommendations to certain restaurants, but that still leaves us with figuring all the other stuff out.
