Open Table really looks like something I can use a lot. Nevertheless, here are a few questions:

(1) Do I still get miles by paying with my FF credit card such as as a credit card tied to the AAdvantage dining program?

(2) Is it possible to show, next to each restaurant, whether it is associated with certain FF dining programs?
