I managed to get through to the 'special department' at Lloyds today after a bit of debating with their customer service for a while, then a long wait on hold. I managed to remain calm and polite, but firm. The first set of bonus miles (apx 40000) posted to my Avios account today. I was told there would be several posts, so await the rest.
