Strangely, DL.com shows Business Class award seats on KL but when you try to select those, you get a message that the selected flight juts got sold out. And the availability matches exactly as on EF. I called DL but the rep was not able to see those KL flights in her system that DL.com shows as available.

This has actually been the case since the "problem" began. KL, but not AF, O class space shows up, but can't be reserved. Although that particular error message is not unique on DL.com to unavailable award flights, you also get that with partner flights that can be booked.
