I wouldn't think of CLT-BMH being an elite heavy route, but then again Thursday PM can be tough on any route...

It's actually not based on when you booked, within the same tier (CP/PP/GP/SP) prioritization is based on how many PQM's you've flown that year. That is until OLCI opens, then it becomes based solely on check-in time and preferred tier is irrelevant.
