Companion Upgrade for FO is still a benefit. As of 2 days ago, it was working.

I would still push the issue. If DL.com states this is a benefit (and has been for a while), and you are within the posted rules to use that benefit, then you should have it.

I have never tried it myself, but I see a lot of posts on here about using twitter to get assistance, and they say the folks monitoring twitter are quite good. I think it's #deltaassist but don't quote me on that.
It's faster, and due to the character limit on Twitter, you briefly state what you want, and they give you a very short answer, either positive or negative. @Deltaassist
