My experience is HH usually has decent properties in the locations I need to stay in, at competitive prices, and provides the proper slate of Diamond benefits. At properties I visit frequently, I am provided with great perks and amenities that are well above and beyond what is considered the brand standard. I have no need, or desire, to track when - or if - I receive a card that will never be used in any way, nor do I have a need for a big book sent by courier, or for special accommodations for my giraffe.
