The daily pattern for the 8 JetConnect 738 is something like ...

1. AKL-BNE-AKL-BNE-AKL
2. AKL-MEL-AKL-MEL
3. MEL-AKL-MEL-AKL
4. WLG-SYD-WLG-MEL
5. MEL-WLG-SYD-WLG
6. SYD-CHC-SYD-AKL
7. AKL-SYD-AKL-SYD (starting with QF142 @ 0800)
8. AKL-SYD-AKL-SYD-AKL (starting with QF50@ 0615)

... there isn't the flexibility to slot in an extra SYD-AKL-SYD in the morning for QF141/114.

VH-VZT has been subbing for ZQA, ZQB, and ZQC this month as they have been rotated through some maintenance.

It used to be that at check-in, you'd have to ask for the rego as that would determine if you needed to buy a book before boarding, but not any more.
