Out of Synch Ticket Results in Split PNR and Loss of Assigned E+ Seats
I am sitting in CMH with my mother and stepfather. We are on our way to SAT via EWR. We ran into a SHARES problem where our tickets weren't in sync due to a PNR split. I paid to upgrade them to E+ and set all of our seats. When the agent printed our tickets my seats were correct but theirs were not. They aren't sitting anywhere near each other. I'm not Elite so no 1k line. 800-UNITED1 was no help. The GA response was "seats change." ummm... Help??
