Finally received my Diamond renewal card yesterday, this is my 4th yr (or more?) I think as a Diamond. I found this delivery very late as it is almost end of March now.

Further, unlike other chains, this was simply a letter with a card glued to it. SPG and others go out of their way to make top level members feel welcome and appreciated. HH does not.

Recently I used some SPG points for a booking in MAD and SPG actually couriered to me a big book all about Spain. HH never does anything like that in my experience.

I seriously question at times why I give HH so much of my business. It is same old each year and with few real suite upgrades compared to SPG and IC. More than that it is their lack of caring attitude that really drives me nuts. What is your experience as a HH Diamond?
