I'd like to attend but as of yet am unable to commit.

However, just a reminder that for those in/around NYC if airfares spike, there's always the possibility of an Avios redemption!

LGA-DTW is usually 9000 Avios r/t but with the current AMEX 50% transfer promo, that ticket is now only 6000 (AMEX to Avios)
