I referred my little bro' for the free BA Amex card a couple of months ago, he has now earned his bonus and it will be transferred to his BAEC shortly.

Meanwhile he has today just applied for the LTSBPDA which assuming he accepted for, he will use for the next 3 months in order to build up some points, then keep until the end of the year in order to get some 2,000 bonuses from Avios.com. (I told him to get a supp card for me so I can help him with some spend from mid May, as our LTSBPDA 10x is finishing in about 6 weeks)

He has also seen the light regarding the 241 voucher on the BAPP.
Now I just need to brainwash him into not redeeming his Avios in Y

Question is, if he cancels his free BA card now, how long should he wait to apply for a BAPP in order to get the 18K bonus.

Will they still pay me a referral for referring the same friend twice in a year?
