TAs are also calling the lines it seems...
Agents used to be able to put requests on line (eg seat selection, seat guarantees for GO and DM members etc) through the CRS. Back in the old days of CUPID, CX would at least reply. Now its total silence.. ! So in order to get the seats for ticketing, agents have to also wait on line !
CX really didn't think this out nor have a plan if things go haywire ! And it did.
