Sorry, I didn't think this offer was worth its weight in bulk-rate postage, or even (free) email delivery, otherwise I would have kept it.
You could get 4% cash back on fuel and 2% cash back on travel through the Costco AmEx, and the $110 annual Costco membership (which also gets you retail deals at Costco that are rarely matched by other retailers.)
Granted this doesn't give you MQMs, but probably gives you enough cash back that you could do a MR to somewhere you actually want to visit and come out ahead in the grand scheme of things!
