My guess, too. All the other Alofts (3 of them) are Cat-2 as well; actually there isn't another Cat-1 in India except FPS Jaipur, right?

I just drove past this property on Sunday, looked complete on the outside but then again, there surely must be other stuff after building's completed. If I had to put my money on the opening date, would probably be closer to 1st June than 1st April.
