She and group of UC agents from SFO were at IAH for training, so they very well could've been the last to be trained. To work the UC is a closed bid for agents, so they're a dedicated staff. That sounds like an explanation for the admittedly weird quirk after the merger. It's kind of a shame for those who've paid the UC fees (or are 2MM) as not having that capability during the merger devalued the UC during the period. Hopefully, things will be changing for the better.
