Over the weekend our car was broken into and got instructed by CS to return our vehicle to SFO or Oakland airport. After checking the car in we get to the desk and are told nothing can be done due to their system being down.
We were effectively stranded with no way to get home unless we rented another car from them, I am planning on writing my complaint to the general CS
email. But I was wondering if anyone knows district or regional manager names/emails as I would like this issue elevated to make sure it doesn't happen to others in our unfortunate situation.
