I flew p.s. F yesterday SFO-JFK. What exactly is "premium" about this service? The seats look like they've been beat with baseball bats for the past 20 years, they are 2-2, don't go flat, have no in seat IFE and are in horrific shape. On top of this, the meal service is equal or in my opinion inferior to PMCO transcon catering. What exactly are people paying for? The wifi? I fail to see any reason to pay for United p.s. F transcon rather than shoot for an SFO-EWR 752 route where you get 2-2 flat beds with large screen with AVOD. Someone want to explain? I know connecting from ANA F skewed my perception but that seemed like one of the most run down and shoddy cabins i've been in.

Also there was ONE! Only ONE! FA for a full 16 person F cabin. I guess since F was 5/16 at check-in and went out full they are just devaluing it by bumping FF's up. Also my meal choice wasn't available...again unacceptable for F on a 3 cabin plane.
