I understand that BAA rebate BA £4.59 per passenger when they use a remote stand. It comes from the Heathrow passenger service charge we pay in our ticket price. BA has never passed this to me, whenever I have been bussed.
How do we claim it back from BA?
I can almost guarantee the T&Cs allow BA to keep it, in the same way they keep the fuel surcharge if you cancel a non-refundable ticket.
