LHR remote stand rebate
I understand that BAA rebate BA £4.59 per passenger when they use a remote stand. It comes from the Heathrow passenger service charge we pay in our ticket price. BA has never passed this to me, whenever I have been bussed.

How do we claim it back from BA?
