I am good friends with a UC agent in SFO and completely by random, ran into her when flying out of IAH at the end of Feb. She and group of UC agents from SFO were at IAH for training, so they very well could've been the last to be trained. To work the UC is a closed bid for agents, so they're a dedicated staff. Perhaps they wanted all frontline ticket counter and gate agents trained before UC?
