In flight standards are just that - STANDARDS. They are not to be changed by rogue employees. This may sound harsh; however, how would you feel about not getting a PDB or something else that is part of In Flight STANDARDS because individual FAs choose to not follow DL's STANDARDS?
A TTU referencing the flight details and name(s) of the FAs should be sent in. It's the only way to "police" this activity.
