If you like walking, the next S-Bahn (Metro) Station is Goldberg, which links both Stuttgart downtown and the airport (which a change at Rohr)... but it will take around 20 minutes to walk from/to the Marriott... don't forget, Sindelfingen is Benztown, you don't use mass transit there, you have a Mercedes...
