Why is United charging me a Trinidad & Tobago tax?
I just booked a round trip DFW-IAH-PTY. In reviewing my receipt, I notice that United took the liberty of charging me a $2.50 "Trinidad & Tobago Airport Improvement Fee."

Why would they do that when I'm not traveling to or through Trinidad & Tobago?
