I booked two sets of reward tickets in Dec 2011. One was for tickets about 355 days out (Nov travel), and the other about half a year out (July/Aug - busy summer season). I monitored daily, and actually several times a day, usually in the morning, at around 8am, 10am, and then at noon, 2pm, 4pm, 8pm, 10pm 12am.

Found that AP loaded AC flights on:
Monday around noon.
Tuesday around noon.

Hope this is easier to understand.
