"Continental" breakfast is included, but nothing on offer is very appealing. If you want anything warm (sausage/egg/bacon, equally unattractive) you'll probably (but not necessarily) get charged -- we were quoted £4 each, others have reported £4 or £8.

There are plenty of places nearby where you can get a decent breakfast with drinkable coffee. Le Pain Quotidien is our favourite and is almost next door; there's a Starbucks just down the street as well if that's your thing.
